It is very important for parents of Longmont High music students to be involved in the Music Boosters.  We fund all facits of Choir, Band, Orchestra, Drumline, and Color Guard.  We provide more funding than the school district for everything except teacher pay.

In just the past 3 years, the LHS Music Boosters have purchased on behalf of the programs:

• Instruments (from Marimbas to Tubas)
• Water Fountains
• Chairs
• Electronics (microphones, keyboards, mixers, and video equipment)
• Busses to events (the school doesn't even provide busses to go to state championships!) 
• Travel expenses (Choir, Band, and Drumline Trips)
• Much more....
  

 We cannot provide all of these things without GREAT people who willing to give of their TIME in all of the activities that we sponsor.  Please, sign up for Bingo!, make a cake for a bake sale, help in receiving fund raising items when they arrive at the school.  We also need you to attend some of the Music Boosters meetings that are help on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Choir room.  This is the BEST way to know what's going on in the LHS Music Department.
